When you visit this website, technically necessary server logs are recorded. They contain:

Storage period: as a rule 7 to 14 days; the logs are then deleted automatically.

3. Cookies

This website sets only a technically necessary session cookie, which the web application requires in order to deliver pages securely. It contains no identifier by which you could be recognised and is not used for analytics or advertising.

Analytics cookies, marketing cookies and advertising cookies are not set. There is therefore no consent banner either – there would be nothing for you to consent to.

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR and § 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG (German Digital Services Data Protection Act; storage that is strictly necessary).

4. No analytics, no tracking, no advertising

This website uses no web analytics tool, no tracking pixel and no advertising network. In particular, no processing takes place through Google Analytics, Google Ads or Meta/Facebook. Your visit is not tracked across page views or across websites.

5. Contacting us

This website has no contact form. If you contact us by e-mail or by telephone, the data you provide (name, e-mail address, telephone number, your enquiry) is processed solely in order to deal with your enquiry.

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual or contractual measures) or Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in efficient communication).
Storage period: the data is deleted once your enquiry has been dealt with and no statutory retention obligations prevent deletion.

6. Fonts, scripts and images

All fonts (Inter, Playfair Display), stylesheets, scripts, icons and images are served exclusively from our own server. No connection is made to external content delivery networks – in particular not to Google Fonts, to fonts.gstatic.com, to icon services or to Google Maps. No social media plug-ins are embedded; the references to our profiles are plain links.

When you visit this website, therefore, none of your data is transferred to a third party.

7. External links

Tickets

Concert tickets are sold through the external platform Reservix. When you click a ticket link you leave our website and are forwarded to the Reservix platform. The privacy terms of Reservix apply there; we have no influence on the data processing that takes place on that platform.

Social media

In the footer we link to our profiles on Facebook, Instagram and YouTube. These links become active only when you click them; no content from those providers is retrieved while our pages load. Once you have clicked, the terms of the respective provider apply.

Calendar export

For every current concert we offer a calendar file (.ics) for download. It is generated by our own server; no data is transmitted to third parties.
